UpdatePatrol
UpdatePatrol is a Windows program that watches your favorite web pages for changes, so you don't have to. Whenever a page you're interested in is updated, UpdatePatrol alerts you, and shows you the page with the changes highlighted.

If you're tired of constantly checking sites and blogs in your bookmarks list to see if there have been any updates, let UpdatePatrol do it for you and save time! It's much more convenient than a web-based update alert service. You decide the frequency of checks. And a web-based service won't show you what changed on the page, either.
UpdatePatrol is easy to set up and use. To add a page to monitor just enter its title and web address. You can also drag and drop pages to a special "drop area" in the corner of the screen indicated by a translucent icon (you can turn this off if you don't like it.)
The page will be checked for changes using a default checking schedule. Alternatively, you can specify a custom schedule for specific pages. UpdatePatrol will check the pages according to the schedule, and alert you whenever any changes are detected.
When a change occurs, UpdatePatrol alerts you by flashing its system tray icon or by showing a pop-up panel (your choice.) It can even send an alert by email, if that's how you'd prefer it. When you're ready, you can then browse the changed pages to see instantly what has changed, highlighted in yellow.
If you're a keen blog reader, UpdatePatrol will save you time keeping up with the latest postings. If you own a company website, UpdatePatrol will show you the latest changes, so you can keep an eye on what your web designers are doing. If you're a webmaster, UpdatePatrol will alert you when the site is down, gets hacked, or your web host restores an old version from an outdated backup.
UpdatePatrol is your automatic website watcher. There's nothing else like it!
