Most of the products on this site have been developed by independent software developers, and not by Tech-Pro.net, so we do not have sufficient knowledge of these products to provide technical support for them. We can only provide technical support for products that were developed by or for us.

If you require a copy of your license details for any other product that you have purchased via this site, you must contact the developer of the product, who issued the license. Check the Developer Information page to find the support contact address or web page for that product.

Code signing certificates

We will try to answer any questions you may have about the Tech-Pro CodeSign utility. If you have a problem with the code signing certificate itself please contact the issuing authority Comodo directly at sales@comodo.com or use their support ticket system giving full details of the order.

Discontinued products

Support is not provided for free or discontinued products. If you have a license key for a discontinued product and need to download it again to reinstall it, use the following links to obtain the last released version of these products:

Tech-Pro Utilities are no longer available from this site, but may still be downloaded from Simtel.net.
