License key issues
If you have lost, or never received, the license key for a Tech-Pro software product that you have purchased, you may have it re-sent to the email address used when you purchased the product using one of the following links. Please make sure that any spam filters you are using will not reject email from tech-pro.net.
If the address that you used when you purchased the product is no longer in use, or if you typed the address incorrectly, then you will need to submit a support ticket. You will still need to supply the exact email address you used (as well as the name of the product) to allow our support staff to look up the information on the database.
Other non-technical matters
For any other non-technical matter relating to a Tech-Pro software product please submit a support ticket.
Products from other developers
License key issues
If you purchased a product from this site that was not developed by us, then your order was taken and processed by the product developer's own order processing system. This is true even if you clicked a Buy Now button on this site. Some developers process orders themselves, others use third party resellers such as Plimus, RegNow, ShareIt or eSellerate to process orders on their behalf.
For security reasons, Tech-Pro Limited cannot access information about sales made by third parties, whether they originated from this site or not. Therefore, regrettably, we cannot assist if you did not receive your license key after purchase. Check that the email has not simply been blocked by a spam filter.
If you need the license key to be re-sent, you must take this matter up with the developer of the product directly, since only they have access to information about sales that have occurred. Check the Developer Information page or the online help included with the product to find out the address to contact.

If you purchased a DiskInternals data recovery product and lost or never received the license key, please go to this page.
Code signing certificates
We will try to answer any questions you may have about purchasing a code signing certificate. If you have placed an order and have not had a response or have any other query regarding the order then please contact the certification authority Comodo directly at sales@comodo.com or use their support ticket system. Comodo processes these applications and for data security reasons we do not have access to information about the progress of an order.
