Just start the program and select the output: To DVD, To SVCD etc. To combine a number of video files to a single movie select Merge; to convert each video to a separate file select Batch. Then add the video files you want to include, or drag them into the window using drag and drop.
Select the output size: NTSC if you are in the US, PAL in most of the rest of the world. You can also have the video stretched to fit the output size during conversion, or choose to keep the original aspect ratio.
